Boo...
I think I am the only one on Blogger that cannot change the background to another template. I have tried numerous times and it NEVER works. Richard even looked at the code and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work. All you do is copy and paste, yet mine poops out and comes up with an error code every time. Enjoy the cool templates. I am going to stick to the ones blogger provides.

You go to dashboard, then layout, page elements. Click on add a gadget. Select the one that says HTML/Java script. That is where you post the new code.
